Commissioning spares belong in the crate

When a machine is exported, the hoses most likely to be needed in its first year are the ones nobody thinks about while it is being built. Sending a small commissioning set with the machine costs very little at that point and saves an air freight and a customs entry later, at a moment when a new installation is under scrutiny. Deciding what goes in that set is a fifteen-minute exercise on the schematic. For builders shipping into the Gulf or Africa, we can also hold that set here instead, which removes the freight entirely.
