Stainless Steel SAE Flange Adapters
SAE four-bolt flange heads and split flanges in stainless steel, for large-bore and high-pressure ports.
Code 61 or Code 62
Code 61 is the standard-pressure four-bolt flange and Code 62 the high-pressure one; they share a nominal size but not a bolt pattern or flange thickness. Match the code to the port, then the JIC end to the line.
SAE J518 and ISO 6162
Four-bolt flange connections are defined by SAE J518 and ISO 6162-1 (Code 61) and ISO 6162-2 (Code 62). The flange face seals on an O-ring.

Delivery
Stainless Steel SAE Flange Adapters across the Gulf
Ex-stock from Dubai, delivered within 3 working days in the UAE.
Hose and fittings are the bulk of what leaves this warehouse, and they travel well: a crated batch of assemblies with its crimp records, or a box of adapters on an airway bill. Buyers outside the UAE usually order to a measured list rather than to a part number, because a hose is defined by its ends, its length and its route rather than by a code. Send those and we will quote against them.

Questions we get asked
About this range
- 01Are these 316 stainless?
- Most families are 316L stainless steel, forged; each listing states the grade the manufacturer gives. Where a listing says stainless steel without a grade, ask and we will confirm before you order.
- 02Do the listings show dimensions and equivalents?
- Yes, where the manufacturer publishes them. Every size is listed with its end sizes; most also carry millimetre dimensions and the Parker part number the manufacturer cross-references.
