Fertiliser is corrosive long before it is anything else

Ammonium nitrate and urea solutions attack carbon steel steadily and are hard on several stainless grades too, and the damage tends to appear at the fitting rather than in the hose because that is where the metal is. Bulk handling adds abrasion from prilled product on top of it. What survives is a combination decided by the specific compound and its concentration rather than by the word fertiliser, and the end fittings deserve as much attention as the tube. Send the product and the strength and we will specify the whole assembly against them.
