Supplying Uzbekistan, in detail

Why must the import contract be registered with our bank before you ship?

Because Uzbekistan runs import payments through contract registration with the buyer’s servicing bank, and the contract is registered before payment. The quotation therefore has to carry a line-by-line description, tariff line, Incoterm and currency that stay consistent through to the invoice. We issue it in that form from the start, so the registration goes through first time and the order is not held while documents are reworded.

Is an EAC certificate accepted in Uzbekistan?

No. Uzbekistan is not a Eurasian Economic Union member, so an EAC document raised for a Kazakh or Russian import does not carry over. Regulated goods need an O‘zstandart certificate of conformity from an accredited certification body, confirmed per product at quotation. Send the part list early and we will say which lines it applies to and which fall outside it.

Which documents travel with a consignment to Tashkent?

The commercial invoice and packing list, a Certificate of Origin attested by the Dubai Chamber, the O‘zstandart certificate of conformity for regulated goods, and material and test certificates where the order calls for them — all consistent with the contract registered at your bank. On a route that crosses two or more borders, a mismatch between paperwork and crate is the commonest reason a consignment sits still, so we check them against each other before dispatch.

How long does air freight from Dubai to Tashkent take?

Typically three to five days from dispatch, which is why most orders for Uzbekistan fly. Documents are prepared in Dubai before the goods leave, so the shipment is not waiting on paperwork when it lands. For heavier volume, the Middle Corridor to Aktau and then road through Karakalpakiya runs 35–48 days, and suits planned replenishment rather than urgency.

Can you supply the Muruntau gold pit and the Almalyk copper complex?

Yes. High-cycle cylinders, four-spiral hose, dust-rated valves and crusher-duty components for haul trucks, shovels, drills and processing plant, with material certificates where the contract calls for them. Urgent spares fly to Tashkent in three to five days; planned shutdown packages can travel the corridor as one consignment, quoted DAP to the site gate.

Do you deliver to Nukus, Karakalpakstan and the Fergana valley?

Yes, on DAP terms to the site gate. The inland leg from Tashkent or Nukus is quoted per consignment rather than estimated, and site access details and a receiving contact should come with the order. For distant sites we price air freight to Tashkent with the onward leg alongside the corridor-and-road option, so the choice is made on landed cost and timing.

Do you supply the gas processing and GTL plants in Kashkadarya?

Yes. Hose, valves and high-pressure fittings for gas field, gas-to-liquids and processing plant support, industrial transfer hose for utilities and chemical service, and GOST-pattern couplings for older plant. Delivery is by air to Tashkent or DAP to the plant gate, with the O‘zstandart certificate confirmed per product at quotation for any regulated lines.

Can bank registration and certification run while our order is being picked?

Yes, and that is how to keep the overall time short. Both steps are sequential but neither is onerous: send the part list at quotation, register the contract with your bank against our quotation, and the certification runs while the goods are picked in Dubai. The order ships once the contract is registered, with the documents prepared before dispatch.

What is the most economical way to send a small mixed order to Uzbekistan?

Consolidated road groupage via the Caspian, at typically 30–40 days, when the order is not urgent. It suits mixed lots of hose, fittings and couplings too small for their own container but too heavy to fly economically. For anything that stops a machine, air freight to Tashkent at three to five days is usually the better answer, and we quote both.

Do hose assemblies for Uzbek mines and plants arrive ready to fit?

Yes. Assemblies are crimped and pressure-tested in Dubai and shipped as finished items, tagged with the hose, the fitting and the test date, with GOST, DIN, BSP, JIC or ORFS ends as each machine requires. A finished assembly avoids a crimping job at a remote pit or plant, and the tag lets the next replacement be ordered straight from the old one.

How do we request a quotation from Tashkent?

Send the part list with quantities, the delivery site and the buyer’s company details. We return a USD quotation in the form your bank needs for contract registration — description, tariff line, Incoterm and currency consistent line by line — with terms such as CPT Tashkent, DAP site, FOB Jebel Ali or EXW Dubai, and the lines needing an O‘zstandart certificate identified.
