Clamps, Sleeves & Ferrules
Hose retention hardware — crimp sleeves and ferrules, bolt and interlocking clamps, EN 14420-3 / DIN 2817 safety clamps, sanitary tri-clamps and segment clamps.
Retention matched to the hose and the duty
What holds a coupling on an industrial hose depends on the pressure and the medium. Bolt clamps suit general water and air service, heavier clamps and segment clamps higher-duty lines, and steam hose needs safety clamps made for steam couplings. Crimp sleeves and ferrules give a permanent, even grip where the coupling is crimped rather than clamped.
Match the clamp to the hose outside diameter and the coupling shank. On steam, use only clamps made for steam couplings.
EN 14420-3, DIN 2817 and EN 14423
Safety clamps for steam hose couplings are made to EN 14420-3 / DIN 2817, and clamp couplings for steam hose to EN 14423. Sanitary clamps are listed for food and hygienic lines.

Delivery
Clamps, Sleeves & Ferrules across the Gulf
Ex-stock from Dubai, delivered within 3 working days in the UAE.
Industrial hose and the couplings that go on it are usually bought together, and both ship the same way: bulk lengths on the reel, made-up suction and delivery assemblies crated with their couplings already fitted, and loose couplings boxed. Where the duty is food-grade, chemical or steam the certificate is a large part of what is being purchased, so that documentation is prepared before dispatch rather than chased afterwards.

Questions we get asked
About this range
- 01Can I use a worm-drive clamp on steam hose?
- No. Steam hose needs couplings and safety clamps designed for steam, because the hose and coupling expand in service and a release is dangerous. Use the steam clamps here with steam couplings.
- 02What is a ferrule for KC and camlock?
- A sleeve crimped or swaged over the hose on a KC or cam and groove hose shank, giving an even, permanent grip in place of a clamp.
- 03Which clamps suit drag hose?
- The drag hose clamps, coupling ring clamps and aluminium sleeves on this shelf are made for the large-bore drag hose used in slurry and irrigation transfer.

Cracked cover: heat ageing against ozone attack
A cover covered in fine cracks has been cooked, or has been sitting in sunlight and still air. The crack pattern separates them, and only one of the two is fixed by moving the hose.

Sand: the abrasive that gets between the hose and everything else
On a desert site the hose is not rubbing against a bracket. It is rubbing against a bracket through a layer of sand — and that changes both how fast the cover goes and what actually stops it.

Abrasion failure: finding the rub point before it finds you
The most preventable hose failure there is. A hose worn flat on one side has been telling you where it touches something for months — and the wear pattern points straight at the cause.
