Deliver to the port of call, not to the office

A vessel spares order has a delivery window defined by a berthing schedule, and the destination is wherever the ship will next be alongside long enough to receive goods. For anything transiting the Gulf, Suez or the Indian Ocean, we are frequently the closest source of supply and can deliver to an agent at the port rather than shipping to head office for onward forwarding. What we need is the port, the agent and the window. Send those with the part list and the whole exercise becomes one delivery instead of two.
