Deck and factory are two different specifications

On the same vessel, a trawl winch line and a line inside the processing deck face opposite problems. The first needs salt resistance and mechanical toughness; the second needs to be cleanable, to tolerate wash-down chemicals and hot water, and to be acceptable near product. A single hose specified for the whole boat does one of those jobs adequately and the other badly. Splitting the list by where each assembly actually runs takes a few minutes at the enquiry and produces a materially better answer than treating the vessel as one environment.
