Hydraulic & industrial hose supplier in Morocco

Indus Hydraulics ships to Morocco from Jebel Ali by sea through Suez to Tanger Med and Casablanca, and by air into Casablanca, with the certificate of conformity for regulated products issued at origin before loading. Tanger Med’s connections bring a Dubai consignment in 18–26 days, with Casablanca, Jorf Lasfar and Safi served onward by road. The import undertaking is domiciled with the buyer’s bank before shipment and documents are in French. Phosphate leads demand: high-cycle cylinders, four-spiral hose, slurry-duty valves.

Questions we get asked

Supplying Morocco, in detail

01

How long does shipping from Dubai to Tanger Med take?

Typically 18–26 days by sea from dispatch, FCL from Jebel Ali through Suez to Tanger Med. Small mixed orders travel LCL, consolidated via Tanger Med, in 24–34 days. The routing and transit estimate for your consignment are stated on the quotation for that week rather than taken from a table, and the conformity certificate runs while the order is picked so it does not lengthen the lane.

02

Who arranges the certificate of conformity for Morocco?

We do, through an appointed certification body at origin, from the part numbers on your order. It is issued against the specific goods rather than the supplier, so it is raised per consignment and per product. We confirm at quotation which lines are regulated products; started while the order is picked it adds no time, but started after the container is booked it can add weeks.

03

What does the Moroccan bank need before shipment?

The import undertaking, domiciled with your bank before shipment and raised against our quotation. That is why our description, tariff line and Incoterm are stated line by line: the bank works from them, and the French invoice and packing list have to match. Send the quotation to your bank as soon as it is accepted, so the domiciliation runs alongside the conformity certificate.

04

Which documents travel with a shipment to Morocco?

The certificate of conformity for regulated products, issued at origin; a commercial invoice and packing list in French; a Certificate of Origin attested by Dubai Chamber; and material and test certificates where the order calls for them. The import undertaking domiciled with your bank sits alongside these. The whole set is prepared in Dubai before the vessel sails, so nothing waits on paperwork at Tanger Med.

05

Should we ship to Tanger Med or Casablanca?

Tanger Med for most orders, because its connections from Jebel Ali are better and the road leg south is straightforward. Casablanca, which is on the same rotation, where the delivery is in the city, at Mohammedia or at Jorf Lasfar. We quote CIF Tanger Med as standard, and DAP to your site where the onward road leg is part of the job.

06

Can you supply phosphate mines and plants at Khouribga, Benguerir and Jorf Lasfar?

Yes. High-cycle cylinders, four-spiral hose, dust-rated valves and slurry-duty components, with material certificates where the contract calls for them. Phosphate duty is abrasive and continuous, so we specify hose covers and seals for wear and dust rather than pressure alone, and assemblies are tagged so the maintenance team can reorder the identical build before the next planned shutdown.

07

Can you deliver to Agadir, Safi and Nador?

Yes, on DAP terms to the site gate. Goods land at Tanger Med and travel on by road, and the road leg is quoted rather than estimated. Where landing at Casablanca shortens the trip — for Safi, Marrakech or Agadir — we say so at quotation. Nador and the Oriental are reached east from Tanger Med.

08

How fast is air freight to Casablanca?

Typically 5–7 days from dispatch, flown DXB to Casablanca. Air is for line-down orders — a burst assembly on a dragline, a seal kit, a replacement valve — and the conformity certificate and French documents are still prepared before the goods fly. For planned maintenance stock, sea through Tanger Med remains the economic route on this lane.

09

Do the documents have to be in French?

Yes. The invoice and packing list for Morocco are prepared in French, and their descriptions have to agree with the certificate of conformity and with the import undertaking at your bank. We hold one description per line from quotation to dispatch, because a mismatch between documents slows clearance far more than an extra day at sea.

10

Can you ship a small mixed order to Morocco?

Yes, by sea LCL consolidated via Tanger Med, typically 24–34 days from dispatch. It suits a mixed order of hose, fittings, adapters and seals that does not justify a container. Because the conformity certificate is issued against the specific goods and the bank undertaking is domiciled before each shipment, it usually pays to batch several months of maintenance needs into one consignment.

11

Do you make up hose assemblies to length for Morocco?

Yes. Assemblies are crimped to length and pressure-tested in Dubai and shipped as finished items, tagged with the hose, the fitting and the test date. Because each assembly leaves as one finished item, the conformity certificate, the French invoice and the tag all describe the same thing, and your team can reorder the identical build on the next quotation.

12

How do I get a quotation from Morocco?

Send the part list, the delivery site and your preferred Incoterm — CIF Tanger Med, DAP to site, FOB Jebel Ali or EXW Dubai. We quote in EUR as standard, which is what most Moroccan buyers work in, with USD on request, and set out description and tariff line for each line so your bank can domicile the import undertaking. Dispatch dates are confirmed on the quotation against stock.
