Transfer hose is certified, then re-certified

A hose used to move fuel or cargo between a vessel and a shore installation is not simply bought and fitted. It carries a test certificate from new, and it has to be pressure tested again at defined intervals for the rest of its working life, with the records kept and available. That obligation sits with the operator, but it starts with what was supplied: an assembly delivered without its original certification cannot be brought into a compliant regime afterwards. So for transfer duty the documentation is part of the specification, and we issue it with the goods rather than as a later request.
