Where procurement sits in one country and the equipment is working in another, shipping to head office and forwarding on is usually the expensive way round — particularly when the project happens to be somewhere we already ship to weekly. We are frequently closer to a dredger working in the Gulf or East Africa than the buyer ordering for it is. So the useful question at the enquiry is not where to invoice but where the equipment actually is, and those two answers can differ without any difficulty at all: one Estimate, delivery wherever the work is.
