Routing decides the life of a hose that never stops moving

On articulating equipment the hose fails where it is constrained, not where it is loaded. A clamp positioned so that bending happens at the fitting rather than along the free length will destroy assemblies indefinitely, and replacing them with a better hose changes nothing at all. The fix is geometric: enough free length, the bend taken in the middle of the run, and clamps that locate rather than pinch. If a particular assembly on a machine keeps failing and its neighbours do not, that is a routing problem and we would rather help solve it than keep supplying the replacement.
