Oilfield work here runs to API specifications while the general plant around it runs to GOST, and those are usually two separate procurement exercises. They do not have to be. Rotary and vibrator hose, choke and kill assemblies, flow iron and wellhead fittings sit in the same catalogue as the GOST couplings and adapters that serve the workshop and the yard, so a site can order both against one Estimate and receive both in one consignment.
