Supplying Saudi Arabia, in detail

Who arranges SASO and SABER registration for Saudi Arabia?

We do, against the part numbers on your order. The SASO Certificate of Conformity and the SABER product and shipment registrations are each tied to a specific product and a specific consignment, so they cannot be reused from an earlier shipment. Send the complete list at quotation and the conformity work runs in parallel with picking. Where a line falls outside the regulated scope we say so rather than charge for paperwork nobody needs.

How long does delivery from Dubai to Riyadh take?

Typically three working days from dispatch by road through the Al Batha crossing, on full or part loads. Air freight into Riyadh (RUH) takes one to two days and is quoted per shipment when a machine is down. Transit is counted from dispatch, and the SASO and SABER documents for regulated lines are completed before the truck leaves Dubai, so build that work into the plan as well.

Do you ship to Dammam, Jubail and Al Khobar?

Yes. Eastern Province deliveries go by road from the Al Batha crossing on DAP terms to the site gate, and Ras Al Khair and Abqaiq are quoted the same way. For an urgent line, air freight lands at Dammam (DMM) in one to two days. For volume or oversize packages, LCL sea freight runs from Jebel Ali to Dammam in seven to ten days.

Can you deliver to NEOM, Jeddah and the Red Sea project sites?

Yes, on DAP terms to the site gate. Remote and west-coast sites add a day or two on the inland leg, and that leg is quoted rather than estimated. Jeddah (JED) also takes air freight in one to two days, and LCL sea freight runs from Jebel Ali to Jeddah in seven to ten days for heavy or oversize packages.

Can you make up hydraulic hose assemblies to length for Saudi sites?

Yes. Assemblies are cut, crimped and pressure-tested in Dubai and shipped as finished items, each tagged with the hose, the fitting and the test date. Common specifications include SAE J517 100R2AT, EN 853 2SN and EN 856 4SH or 4SP; give us the hose specification, both end fittings and the overall length. Finished assemblies travel on the same consignment as the rest of the order.

Do you supply NACE MR0175 material documentation for sour service?

Yes. For sour-service items, material certificates and NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 compliance statements travel with the consignment. Tell us at enquiry which lines are for sour service, so the material route and the certificates are fixed before the order is picked rather than chased after dispatch. That matters most for wellhead, valve and flow-iron lines going to Eastern Province gas and oil operations.

Can you supply wellhead and flow-iron equipment to API specifications in Saudi Arabia?

Yes. Wellhead components are quoted to API 6A, choke-and-kill lines to API 16C and sour-service material to NACE MR0175, with the certificates travelling with the goods. We supply flow iron and valves from TechnipFMC, Cameron (SLB), SPM, Anson, Stream-Flo and WOM alongside our own range. Send the contract specification and any approved-manufacturer requirement with the enquiry.

Do you supply certified lifting and rigging gear to Saudi Arabia?

Yes. Slings, shackles and rigging hardware ship from Dubai marked with their working load limit and with the manufacturer's test certificates the order calls for. Whether a given lifting line falls inside the SASO regulated scope is confirmed at quotation, alongside the rest of the list. If your contractor's lifting plan names a certificate format, send it with the enquiry and we confirm the document set.

Do you supply industrial hose for the Jubail and Yanbu industrial cities?

Yes. Industrial hose for water, air and chemical service ships with the couplings and adapters to terminate it, on the same consignment as hydraulic hose and fittings. Plants in Jubail and Yanbu are supplied on DAP terms to the gate. Give us the medium, the temperature and the pressure so the hose is matched to the service, not just to the bore size.

How do I get a quotation for delivery in Saudi Arabia?

Send part numbers or drawings, quantities and the delivery city through the quote form or by email, together with the consignee details, since SABER product registration is prepared on the buyer's account. The Estimate states the Incoterm — DAP to your site, CIF, FOB Jebel Ali or EXW Dubai for your own forwarder — rather than assuming one. Flag urgency early, because it decides road or air.

Is there a minimum order for Saudi Arabia?

No minimum on stock items. On this lane it usually pays to consolidate a mixed order into one consignment, because one SABER shipment registration and one set of documents then cover all of it instead of one set per shipment. Hose, fittings, adapters, valves and lifting gear can travel together from the same Dubai warehouse.

Yes.
