Braided Hose Crimp Fittings
Braided hose crimp fittings are one-piece hose ends, with the ferrule attached, that are crimped onto one- or two-wire-braid hydraulic hose. This shelf carries Indus Hydraulics fittings from Dubai for EN 853 1SN and 2SN and SAE 100R1AT, 100R2AT, 100R16 and 100R17 hose, with BSP 60° cone, DIN light and heavy 24° cone, JIC 37°, ORFS, SAE 45° flare, NPT, SAE O-ring boss, JIS and Komatsu ends and SAE Code 61 and Code 62 flange heads, straight and in 45° and 90° elbows.
For one- and two-braid hose
These fittings suit wire-braided hose: EN 853 1SN and 2SN, and SAE 100R1AT, 100R2AT, 100R16 and 100R17. Pick the port end by identifying the thread family and seat — BSP 60° cone, DIN light or heavy 24° cone, JIC 37°, ORFS and the rest — then the size from the hose bore. Elbows come in 45° and 90°.
Each listing carries a full size table and the Parker series it replaces, so a Parker part number crosses straight to ours. Spiral hose (4SP, R12) needs the spiral-hose range instead.
EN 853 and the connection standards
The tails are made for EN 853 wire-braided hose and its SAE J517 equivalents. The port ends follow their connection standards: 24° cone to ISO 8434-1 (the DIN 2353 light and heavy series), 37° flare to SAE J514, O-ring face seal to SAE J1453 and BSP to ISO 228-1.

Delivery
Braided Hose Crimp Fittings across the Gulf
Ex-stock from Dubai, delivered within 3 working days in the UAE.
Hose and fittings are the bulk of what leaves this warehouse, and they travel well: a crated batch of assemblies with its crimp records, or a box of adapters on an airway bill. Buyers outside the UAE usually order to a measured list rather than to a part number, because a hose is defined by its ends, its length and its route rather than by a code. Send those and we will quote against them.

Questions we get asked
About this range
- 01Do these fittings need a separate ferrule?
- No — they are one-piece crimp fittings with the ferrule attached. Crimp them to the diameter specified for the hose and fitting together, on a crimper with the matching dies.
- 02Which hose constructions do they suit?
- EN 853 1SN and 2SN, and SAE 100R1AT, 100R2AT, 100R16 and 100R17. For four- or six-spiral hose use the spiral-hose range: the tails are not interchangeable.
- 03How do I cross a Parker part number?
- Each listing names the Parker series it replaces, and its size table gives our part number for every size. Send the Parker number if you have it and we will confirm the match.
- 04Can the port end be a different size from the hose?
- Yes — the tail must match the hose bore, but many fittings are made with a smaller or larger port end, such as a -08 hose with a -06 JIC end. The size table on each listing gives the hose size and port size separately. A reduced end restricts flow, so check it against the line before choosing it, and confirm the reduced end is rated for the working pressure.
- 05How do I check that a braided-hose fitting is crimped correctly?
- Measure the crimp diameter with calipers across the flats of the ferrule at several points and compare it with the figure the crimp chart gives for that hose and fitting. Check the hose is fully inserted — a mark on the cover at the insertion depth shows if it has moved — and that the ferrule is crimped evenly without a bell or a split. Then pressure-test the assembly before it goes into service.
- 06Do R16 and R17 hose take the same fittings as 2SN?
- Only where the listing names them. R16 and R17 are compact braided hoses with a smaller outside diameter than 2SN of the same bore, so the crimp diameter differs even where the fitting body is shared. Read the hose layline, pick a fitting listed for that construction, and crimp to the chart diameter for that exact hose.
