Brass DOT Push-In Air Brake Fittings
Push-to-connect air brake fittings in brass for SAE J844 nylon tubing, rated by the manufacturer to 150 psi on compressed air.
Fitting the tube
Cut the nylon tube square and push it fully home: a collet grips it and an O-ring seals it. Male pipe threads come with sealant already applied. These fittings are for compressed air only, from −40 °F to +200 °F.
FMVSS 571.106 and SAE J2494
The manufacturer states compliance with FMVSS 571.106, the US brake-hose standard, and SAE J2494 for push-to-connect air brake fittings, for use with SAE J844 nylon tubing.

Delivery
Brass DOT Push-In Air Brake Fittings across the Gulf
Ex-stock from Dubai, delivered within 3 working days in the UAE.
Hose and fittings are the bulk of what leaves this warehouse, and they travel well: a crated batch of assemblies with its crimp records, or a box of adapters on an airway bill. Buyers outside the UAE usually order to a measured list rather than to a part number, because a hose is defined by its ends, its length and its route rather than by a code. Send those and we will quote against them.
