The R1 1SC Compact Single Wire Braid Hose Compact single-wire-braid hose with half the bend radius of EN 853 1SN — for tight routing in mobile equipment. Conforms to EN 857 1SC.
Construction
- Tube: Synthetic rubber (NBR), oil-resistant
- Reinforcement: One layer of high-tensile steel wire braid
- Cover: Synthetic rubber, abrasion- and weather-resistant, wrapped
Performance
Working pressures up to 250 bar at the smallest bore, with a minimum burst of 1000 bar (safety factor 4:1). Continuous service from -40°C to 100°C, with the upper limit reduced for aggressive fluids — ask for a fluid compatibility chart if needed.
Applications
- Tight routing on mobile hydraulics where space is constrained
- Skid-steer loaders, mini-excavators, telehandlers
- Replacement of larger-OD R1 1SN where space saving is critical
