The 4SP Four-Spiral Hydraulic Hose Four-spiral high-pressure hose for heavy-duty hydraulic systems with sustained high working pressures. Conforms to EN 856 4SP.
Construction
- Tube: Synthetic rubber (NBR), oil-resistant
- Reinforcement: Four alternating layers of high-tensile spiralled steel wire
- Cover: Synthetic rubber, abrasion- and weather-resistant, MSHA-accepted, wrapped
Performance
Working pressures up to 450 bar at the smallest bore, with a minimum burst of 1800 bar (safety factor 4:1). Continuous service from -40°C to 100°C, with the upper limit reduced for aggressive fluids — ask for a fluid compatibility chart if needed.
