The R7 Thermoplastic Hydraulic Hose Single-fibre-braid thermoplastic hose — lightweight alternative to R1 1SN with tighter bend radius and abrasion resistance. Conforms to SAE 100R7.
Construction
- Tube: Polyamide (nylon), hydraulic-fluid-resistant
- Reinforcement: One layer of synthetic-fibre braid
- Cover: Polyurethane, abrasion- and weather-resistant, smooth
Performance
Working pressures up to 210 bar at the smallest bore, with a minimum burst of 840 bar (safety factor 4:1). Continuous service from -40°C to 93°C, with the upper limit reduced for aggressive fluids — ask for a fluid compatibility chart if needed.
