What does "multiseal" mean here?

It is the supplier's name for the series, and they do not define it. What we can tell you is what it measures as: at every shared thread and bore the seat is within about a millimetre of the 60° cone in the same range, and four to five millimetres away from both the flat seat and the 74° cone. So order it as a 60° cone fitting. If your port is flat-faced or takes a bonded seal, ask us before you order — we are confirming with the manufacturer whether this seat is cut to take both, and we would rather tell you the answer than guess it.

Does it have an O-ring?

No. This is the metal-to-metal variant. The catalogue lists a dimensionally identical fitting that does carry an O-ring in the cone — same thread, same hex — and this is not it. Both will start on the same thread, which is what makes them easy to order by mistake.

What is the sealing form?

60° cone seat, metal-to-metal (no O-ring). Pair it with the matching counterpart — a mismatched sealing form will seat but will not hold pressure.

What is the maximum working pressure?

The 90° BSP Female Multiseal Hose Fitting is a hydraulic hose fitting with 60° cone seat, metal-to-metal (no O-ring).

The supplier calls this series "multiseal" and does not define the term. Measured against its own catalogue it is unambiguous: at every shared thread and bore the seat depth sits within about a millimetre of the 60° cone and four to five millimetres away from both the flat seat and the 74° cone. What it does not carry is an O-ring — the 24° multiseal sits beside its O-ring twin in the same book with an identical thread, tube diameter and hex, and no O-ring column at all.
