DEMCO 10-Position Locking Handle for Butterfly Valves, 2″–12″

The DEMCO 10-position locking lever handle is the volume manual operator for the 2″–12″ DEMCO butterfly-valve range. Ten positive locking detents from full-closed to full-open allow flow throttling at fixed positions, with positive latch engagement at every detent. Available in three trim levels — standard (zinc-plated steel parts on a ductile-iron handle), corrosion-resistant (stainless throughout), and sanitary (bronze hub with stainless fasteners) — across three frame sizes (2″–4″, 5″–6″, 8″–12″). Direct mount to the DEMCO top flange via the flatted "double-D" upper stem.

What it does

Manually rotates the valve disc 0–90° between full-closed and full-open with ten intermediate locking detents, providing positive flow control without an external actuator or gear operator.

Configuration & trim

Specify trim level (standard, corrosion-resistant, sanitary) and frame size (matching your valve size). Sanitary trim uses bronze handle hub with stainless-steel fasteners for caustic wash-down; standard trim uses zinc-plated steel parts on a ductile-iron handle.
