What materials and finishes are available?

Standard: carbon steel with zinc-plated, Cr3+ passivated, RoHS-compliant finish. Stainless steel 316 available on request for marine, chemical, or food-grade service.

How does the adjustable mechanism work?

Adjustable adapters use a locking nut on the body. After tightening into the host port, you rotate the body to align the elbow / branch in the desired direction, then tighten the lock nut against the host port to lock the orientation.

Do I need to crimp this onto a hose?

No — these are tube / port adapters, not hose ends. Use Indus crimp ferrules + Indus hose-end fittings for hose assemblies. These adapters thread into ports or join tube sections.
