Thorburn Thor-Loop Series VL "V-Loop" Flexible Pipe Loop

The Thorburn Thor-Loop Series VL "V-Loop" Flexible Pipe Loop is an engineered specialty assembly. Thor-Loop flexible pipe loop. Replaces traditional metal expansion joints with a longer-life metallic-hose-based motion absorber. Accommodates axial, lateral, and angular pipe motion without bellows fatigue.

Construction

• Inner core: Type 321 SS
• Braid: Double Braid — Type 304 SS
• End fitting: ANSI 150# / 300# / 600# RF flanged ends (selectable)
• Nominal ID range: DN 50 (2") to DN 250 (10")
• Bend radius (static): 1000 mm minimum

Performance

Working pressure 100 bar. Operating temperature -200°C to +650°C continuous. All assemblies hydrotested and pressure-certified per applicable specifications.
