The Male Stud 45° Elbow NPT is a 45° elbow hydraulic adapter in the BSP family. Male Stud 45° Elbow NPT — BSP family 45 elbow for hydraulic line interconnection. RFQ-only; standard Indus zinc-plated carbon-steel construction.
Construction

- Port A: Male — BSPP G1/8 to G2 (parallel) (Bonded-seal washer)
- Port B: Male — NPT taper 1/8" to 2" (NPT taper thread (self-sealing))
- Material: Carbon steel (stainless steel available on request)
- Surface treatment: Zinc-plated, Cr3+ passivated, RoHS-compliant
Performance
up to 400 bar at smaller sizes; derates with size. BSP family — British Standard Pipe — ISO 228-1 (BSPP, parallel) and ISO 7-1 (BSPT, taper). BSPP requires a separate seal (bonded-seal washer, ED seal, 60° cone, or flat-face); BSPT is taper-on-taper self-sealing.
