Product description
A lifting hook carries a load in its bowl — on a hoist, a sling leg or a chain. Alloy steel, powder coated.

3 sizes, 12.5 t. Working load limit 12.5 t. Minimum breaking load 50 t. Available as: straight, left, right. Every size has its own Indus part number in the table below, with the loads in the unit the manufacturer rates them in.

- Rated with a 4:1 design factor between working load limit and minimum breaking load.
Choosing a size
Seat the load at the bottom of the bowl, never on the tip, and use a latch wherever it could bounce free. Carbon and alloy versions of the same hook share a frame but not a rating, so order the row whose WLL covers your load.
Ordering
Quote the Indus part number from the size table, or send the size and rating you need. Each consignment ships with the manufacturer's test certificate; say on the RFQ if your site needs anything more.
