Product description
The Steel JIC 37° Male × NPTF Male × NPTF Female Service Tee is a service tee, in forged carbon steel, trivalent zinc plated. Its ends are 37° JIC male, NPTF (Dryseal) male and NPTF (Dryseal) female. The 37° JIC flare is the most widely used inch-size hydraulic connection on mobile and industrial machinery.
Construction
- Body: service tee
- End 1: 37° JIC male
- End 2: NPTF (Dryseal) male
- End 3: NPTF (Dryseal) female
- Material: forged carbon steel, trivalent zinc plated
Ends and sealing
- 37° JIC: 37° flare, a metal-to-metal seat on a 74° included cone; SAE J514 / ISO 8434-2.
- NPTF (Dryseal): Dryseal taper pipe thread, cut so the crests and roots close up as the joint is tightened, so it seals on the thread; ASME B1.20.3.
Sizes
1 part number, 3/4". The Sizes & Part Numbers tab lists the size on each end for every one.
- End 1: 37° JIC, 3/4" (1-1/16-12)
- End 2: NPTF (Dryseal), 3/4" (3/4-14)
- End 3: NPTF (Dryseal), 3/4" (3/4-14)
Pressure rating
The manufacturer publishes no pressure rating for this family. Tell us the working pressure your line sees and we will confirm the fitting is rated for it before you order.
How to order
Quote the Indus part number from the size table. If you only have the fitting, send the thread or tube size on each end, and Indus engineering will confirm the part number. Price and lead time are confirmed with the quotation.
