Large plain rim wheel built from pairs of replaceable rim segments on a spoked hub, from 630 mm to 1,250 mm, for bucket elevators running DIN 764 or DIN 766 chain with DIN 745 or DIN 5699 shackles.

26 sizes, Ø 630 mm to Ø 1250 mm. Every row has its own Indus part number in the table below. The lettered dimensions refer to the dimension drawing in the gallery.

Choosing a size

Choose by chain size and nominal diameter; the table gives the number of segment pairs, the lettered dimensions from the drawing and the mass of the segments. The hub bore is machined to order.

Ordering

Quote the Indus part number from the table, or send the size you need. Each consignment ships with the manufacturer's inspection certificate; say on the RFQ if your site needs anything more.
