About the family
Bauer-type couplings are lever-locked quick couplings for water, irrigation and slurry lines. The male half has a rounded tip that seats in the female, which carries a rubber O-ring seal, and a lever ring with two handles clamps the joint; because the tip seats like a ball in a cup, the joint tolerates some misalignment. Sealfast's zinc-plated steel range covers male and female halves with hose shanks (2"–12"), male NPT threads or ASA Class 150 flanges (2"–8"), complete sets and spare lever rings.
Selection and service notes
Check a half from another maker against ours before relying on the joint, and keep ring lock halves apart: the two patterns look alike. Replace a lever ring that no longer pulls the tip fully home. Sealfast rates its flanged Bauer couplings to 150 psi and publishes no rating for the others.

Specify the size, the body material where more than one is listed, and any thread, tail or gasket variant on the RFQ. Indus engineering will confirm the manufacturer part number against your application.
