Product description
Twin-compartment stimulation batch mixer engineered for corrosive acid (HCl), brine, and gelled service. 2×100 BBL nominal capacity with sloped conical bottoms and siphon system. Tank wetted parts in FRP-lined carbon steel as standard, with full stainless-steel and PTFE-lined variants available.
Impeller agitators in stainless steel or FRP-coated. Centrifugal pumps and piping rated to the chemistry profile. All butterfly valves lined with PTFE. Power pack: diesel + hydraulic motors or ATEX-certified electric motors with armoured cabling and Eex glands.
Skid, trailer, or truck mounted. CE / GOST and Rigsafe / Zone 2 for offshore.
