Cement Batch Mixer, Twin 2×100 BBL, Coriolis Density, Hydraulic Drive

Twin-compartment cement batch mixer with 2×100 BBL nominal capacity (uneven splits available, e.g. 10 m³ + 20 m³). Each tank features sloped conical bottoms and a siphon system to prevent dead volumes. Cylindrical or square-rounded-corner tank geometry is available.

Optional non-radioactive Coriolis density meter, mixing jets for slurry homogenization, recording system, and automatic density control loop. Power pack via diesel engine driving hydraulic motors (CAT / Cummins / Volvo Penta / Deutz) or ATEX-certified electric motors with armoured cables and Eex glands.

Skid, trailer, or truck mounted. CE marked and GOST certified on request. Rigsafe / Zone 2 options for offshore deployment. Built under ISO 9001:2015 with NACE MR0175 wetted-parts defaults.
