The Swing Check Valve, Tee Body, 3 in × 600# RF, 1,480 psi, Sour Service is a swing te check valve rated for 1,480 psi working pressure (ANSI 600 class) with 3 in 600# ANSI Raised-Face Flange inlet and 3 in 600# ANSI Raised-Face Flange outlet. NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 sour-service compliant.

Tee-body swing-disc design — one inlet leg and a perpendicular outlet leg, with a hinged disc on the inlet path. Used at frac iron junctions where flow combines into a manifold trunk. The tee body absorbs reaction loads cleanly, and the disc seats on the inlet face when reverse flow occurs in the trunk.

Installation

Install with the flow arrow on the body matching line direction. For swing types, horizontal-with-cover-up is the preferred orientation; vertical-flow-up is also supported. Avoid vertical-flow-down installation (the disc fights gravity to close).
