Product description
The Steel Flareless Tube × JIC 37° Male Bulkhead Connector is a bulkhead connector for inch hydraulic tube, in forged carbon steel with trivalent zinc plating. Its ends are flareless tube end, 37° JIC male. Flareless fittings join plain-end tube without flaring it, which saves time on thick-wall tube and in tight spaces.
Ends and sealing
- flareless tube end: flareless bite-type tube end: the sleeve bites into plain tube as the nut is tightened, so the tube needs no flare; SAE J514.
- 37° JIC: 37° flare, a metal-to-metal seat on a 74° included cone; SAE J514.
