The Pup Joint, 1502 NPST DET (Threaded × Threaded), 15,000 psi, Standard Service is a pup joint (NPST double-end-tapered threaded, F×M) rated for 15,000 psi working pressure in standard service. Standard service rated for clean hydrocarbon, completion fluid, and water-cut streams.
This product family covers the following stock or short-lead nominal sizes / configurations: 1 in, 2 in; 1-10 ft lengths. Other sizes and lengths within the same series and pressure class can be sourced from the OEM mill on a build-to-order basis (8–14 weeks lead). Working pressure 15,000 psi (15K class), standard rated. Manufactured to recognised oilfield frac-iron design standards — pressure-class methodology and hydrostatic testing aligned with API 6A. Hydrostatic test at 1.5× shell pressure on every unit. Mill test reports per EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 supplied with each shipment.

Confirm on your RFQ: (a) exact nominal size, length, and bore ID, (b) line working pressure and pressure class, (c) end-connection style and gender on each port (M / F, NPT / BW / Integral / RTJ / RF), (d) service class — sour (NACE MR0175) or standard, (e) any additional ports, taps, or instrumentation requirements, and (f) required certifications beyond the standard MTR + hydrostatic. Pair with matched-pressure crossover unions, hammer unions, integral crosses / tees / elbows, plug valves, ball valves, check valves, and API 6BX flanges of the same WECO figure class. For frac-tree integration, also specify wellhead adapters, ring-joint gaskets, and BSL bolting in the matched pressure class.
