Frac Hydration Unit, 200 BBL, 12×12 Centrifugal, 90 BBL/min, SS316 Tote Tanks

Frac hydration unit engineered for gel preparation prior to crosslinking with frac proppant. 200 BBL hydration tank (capacity adjustable per project), 12-inch × 12-inch centrifugal mixing pump, 90 BBL/min mixing rate, and a flow path with chicanes inside the tank to maximize hydration time of particles.

Includes one dry chemical tank (typically Guar) and up to four liquid chemical tanks — all SS316 tote-type, with optional heating system and agitator. Suction / discharge ports on both sides for versatile rig-up.

Full electronic control optional: viscosity meter, density meter, pH meter, chemical dosing pumps. Skid, trailer or truck mounted; DNV-certified offshore variant; arctic-winterized variant with pre-heating.
