Drilling mud manifold engineered to client P&ID. 4-inch nominal ID at 5,000 psi MAWP; sizes 2 inch to 6 inch and pressures 3,000 to 15,000 psi available. Demco or Oteco gate valves as standard (customer-selectable).
Welded construction with X-ray inspection of all welds and Post Weld Heat Treatment of welded joints. All pressure tests conducted per API 6A with third-party (BV, DNV, Lloyds) witness; complete databook included.
Flanged, hammer-union, API clamp hub, or Grayloc end connections on request.
