Thorburn I95 — Inconel 625 Annular, Unbraided Inner Core

The Thorburn I95 — Inconel 625 Annular, Unbraided Inner Core is a Inconel 625 annular corrugated metallic hose. Inconel 625 unbraided annular inner core. Working pressure to 13 bar at the smallest bore; operating temperature -200°C to +815°C.

Inconel 625 delivers the corrosion / temperature envelope that no stainless grade can match: sustained high-temperature service to +815°C, sour-gas combustion exhaust, marine chloride exposure, and nuclear-rated installations.

Performance

Working pressure 13 bar (smallest bore, unbraided configuration) — derates with increasing diameter and temperature per the OEM datasheet. Burst pressure 52 bar minimum, safety factor 4:1 per ISO 10380. Operating temperature -200°C to +815°C continuous; intermittent excursions evaluated on request. All assemblies hydrotested at 1.5× working pressure with witness-test certificate available.
