Product description
The Steel Weld-On Tube × NPT Female Adapter is a straight rigid adapter that is welded onto a tube, a metal hose or a manifold to give it a NPT connection. It is forged carbon steel, trivalent zinc plated (ASTM B633).
Ends and sealing
- Weld end: plain bore for a butt weld to tube O.D.; weld procedure and filler to suit the material.
- NPT female end: tapered pipe thread that seals on the thread with sealant; ASME B1.20.1.
