Demco DM 7500 Gate Valve Repair Kit, 3″ — Minor

Repair kits for 3″ Demco DM mud gate valves. The minor kit holds the parts that wear in normal service; the major kit adds everything replaced at a full overhaul. Both rebuild the valve in the line — the bonnet comes off without cutting the valve out. We supply new parts: genuine Cameron (Demco) where you need OEM, or interchangeable aftermarket parts made to the same dimensions — say which on the RFQ.

What is in each kit

DM 7500 minor kit: gate, seat insert, two body wear rings with their wear ring seals, bonnet seal and gate clip. DM 7500 major kit: the minor kit plus stem, stem vee packing with bushing, stem screw with bearings, secondary seal and housing seal. Some aftermarket minor kits add the stem packing; we list the contents on the quotation.

The minimum bore through a 3″ DM 7500 valve (wear ring ID) is 2.98 in, per Cameron's DM 7500 manual.

Give the valve size, series (DM 2000–5000 or DM 7500), trim and elastomer on your RFQ, with the Cameron part number or the number stamped on the old part if you have it, and whether you need OEM or interchangeable parts. We confirm lead time and documentation on the quotation.
