The Dart Check Valve, 2 in × 1502 F×M, 10,000 psi, Sour Service is a dart check valve rated for 10,000 psi working pressure (10K class) with 2 in 1502 Female Weco Union inlet and 2 in 1502 Male Weco Union outlet. NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 sour-service compliant.

Vertical-flow dart-style design — a spring-loaded poppet (dart) seats against forward-flow stop on no-flow or reverse-flow conditions. Must be installed vertical-flow-up: gravity assists the dart returning to seat. Tighter shut-off than swing checks at low pressures (helpful in cement-pumping iron where slight back-flow during hold can contaminate the trunk).

Installation

Install vertical-flow-up only — the dart relies on gravity returning to seat. The body must be plumbed so the dart axis is vertical and the inlet is below the outlet.
