Industrial hose and the couplings that go on it are usually bought together, and both ship the same way: bulk lengths on the reel, made-up suction and delivery assemblies crated with their couplings already fitted, and loose couplings boxed. Where the duty is food-grade, chemical or steam the certificate is a large part of what is being purchased, so that documentation is prepared before dispatch rather than chased afterwards.
