Eaton 5400 — Low-Air-Inclusion Refrigerant Quick Coupler

The Eaton 5400 — Low-Air-Inclusion Refrigerant Quick Coupler is a refrigerant quick-disconnect coupling from Eaton's Aeroquip range. Low-air-inclusion thread-to-connect refrigerant coupler with tubular valve construction — for mobile air conditioning, refrigerant transfer, and gaseous and liquid HVAC service. Brazed or threaded end connections; lock washer / jam nut for bulkhead mounting.

Working pressure to 207 bar (3002 psi) at the smallest body size, with minimum burst pressure of 621 bar. Thread-to-Connect connection — thread-to-connect variant.
